Science Standard Operational Procedures
Scientific Operations Officer , Gary Hunt, has created a set of "Standard Operational Procedures" for the use of scientific equipment used in science classes.
The aim of preparing these SOP's is to provide a manual for all science teachers and scientific operations officers detailing how to use apparatus and software that is used infrequently during the school year. Given the large volume of work involved in this process, we would like to make these SOPs available to assist teachers and scientific operations officers in other schools who may be unfamiliar with some of the aparatus and its use.
The files are provided as PDF documents; however, if someone who does not have access to a program to edit PDF documents would like to modify or improve the documents, please contact Gary Hunt (phone 73906 7323) and arrangements can be made to provide editable documents.
Feedback from anyone accessing or using the SOPs would be greatly appreciated.
